STEEL OVERCOAT SYSTEMS AND NEW STEEL COATINGS:
You see three distinctive applications. Some are for steel Overcoat Systems
of old lead paint, new steel application, using items such as Zinc Rich
Primers and encapsulating Asbestos and concrete. |
Over coating has been great in money savings to the Departments of Transportation
in many of these United States and other Countries.
COATINGS SYSTEMS
designed and formulated to LAST as many as
15 to 25 Years |

These E-SYSTEMS LATER SEEN IN PHOTOS AHEAD AND WRITTEN DATA SHEETS ARE
WORTH YOUR TIME IN VIEWING.
We are now serving five different continents with our POLYURETHANES and
THERM-A-SHIELD ELASTOMERIC CERAMIC INSULATING COATINGS.
These Systems are believed to be superior to the more conventional coatings
now available and have the greatest advantage in cost saving.

THERM-A-SHIELD:
THERM-A-SHIELD TOP COAT was formulated as a commercial product to provide certain unique qualities associated with Borosilicate ceramics technology; the dynamics of which are exemplified by the ceramic tiles developed to serve as primary heat dissipaters for the nose cone of NASA'S space shuttle re-entry vehicle.
In less esoteric commercial realm, industrial ceramic coatings are used to protect all ROOFS, BOILERS, HIGH TEMPERATURE PIPES, KILNS AND OTHER SURFACES, THAT NEED REDUCTION IN HIGH TEMP. |

There are many Photos of THERM-A-SHIELD
Projects herein. The Kentucky Horse Center and Lexmark are prime examples
of what our THERM-A-SHIELD can
do for stopping leaks, insulating Buildings and greatly reducing radiant
heat on boilers. The Kentucky Horse Center had over 4000 nail holes in
12 of the buildings, caused by tearing the buildings apart, moving them
from another race tract in Louisville Kentucky and putting the buildings
together again, and nailing in different nail holes. We did this project
in the year of 1989, and the leaks are still stopped and the
THERM-A-SHIELD is still in real good condition.
