PolyFlo is a seamless membrane that can be handled and walked on within a 1 minute or less
From time it is sprayed. Unlike polyurethanes and epoxies , PolyFlo is Hydrophonic and therefore affected very little by damp or cold surfaces, It can has been sprayed at -40 F (-40 C) with minimal effect on tack time.

Due to its almost instantaneous gel time, PolyFlo can be built up to any thickness in one application including vertical and overhead surfaces. Eliminating need for multi-coat applications .
PolyFlo has high temperature stability with working temperature of up to 250 F (121 C) with intermittent temperatures up to 300 F (148 C)

Correct Equipment is critical to the installation. Use only 1:1 ratio, heated plural component equipment, similar to the H-2000, H-3500, and the new H-20/35 series with a GX7-400, or GX8, consult EPC, Inc. representative for more information.
PolyFlo must be sprayed at a minimum of 2000 psi and 160 F at the gun.
LIMITATIONS
- Intended for industrial use only
- PolyFlo is an aromatic, Although physical properties will not change, over a period of time color change will occur.
- Consult EPC, Inc. for corrosive applications.
- Do not install in moisture/vapor conditions
- 3 lbs. MVT.5% moisture content.
- Primer may be required.
- Refer to MSDS, Instruction Sheet and Product Labels.
INSTALLATION
Consult EPC, for an approved applicator and for job specific specifications. Apply to clean dry sound surfaces free of loose particles or other foreign matter.
