Poly-Flo HiE is a sprayable, VOC free , Two component, pure polyurea elastomeric membrane. Its low viscosity at operational temperatures makes it a product ideal for both in-plant and field applications. Unique properties of this coating are its rapid cure time and its insensitivity to moisture.
|
Application
Correct equipment is critical to the installation, use only 1:1 ratio, heated plural component equipment, similar to the H-2000, H-3500, and the new H-20/35, series with a GX7, GX7-400.
Consult a EPC representative for information.. Poly-Flo HiE must be sprayed at a minimum of 2000 psi and 160 F at the gun.
Installation
Consult EPC, for an approved applicator and for job specific Specifications.. Apply to clean dry sound surfaces free of loose particles or other foreign matter. Consult EPC for surface preparation and repair procedures.

Limitations
- Intended for Industrial use
- Poly-Flo HiE is an aromatic, although physical properties will change, over a period of time color change will occur.
- Consult EPC for corrosive applications.
- Do not install in Moisture/Vapor conditions>Lbs. MVT >5% moisture content.
- Primer may be required.
- Avoid moisture contamination in containers.
- Refer to MSDS, instruction sheet and product labels.
